Cortege to leave family residence on Thursday 3rd July at 1pm, for service at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) 1.30pm.

No flowers by request but donations if desired to Mysterious Minds, collection plate at service.
The family have asked that all attending the funeral to wear bright colours or Sammy's Favourite colour Purple.
